So I worked with the Britts in RC-S HQ and when we went into Helmand. The staff would come into work 0800 and then from 1000-1100 was "tea time" and then 1130 was lunch. So back to work around 1245 and then 1400-1500 "Tea Time. Finally chow at 1700 and final mail check and done for the evening....God bless the Queen. The guys on the line fought like hell though.
